Production introduction:
The function of this machine is to wind the nylon raw long chain zipper or metal / plastic raw tape on the dyeing bobbin.

1. Easy to operate, one person can operate 2-3 machines to improve work efficiency.
2. The traverse unit’s running distance and speed can be arbitrarily adjusted through the screen to adapt to different numbers of zippers and tape widths in order to make better winding.
3. This machine is using intelligent sensing device, and the machine will stop automatically if there are any problems such as lack of tape, cassette and joint during operation.
4. Using high-precision counting device, the running length is accurate.
5. The loading and unloading the dyeing bobbin are using pneumatic system which is safe and convenient to operate.
6. Using a three-stage speed system, each section of the system can set parameters independently, and the speed parameters required for different number of tapes can be set on the screen in advance, which can effectively control difference and dyeing quality of the zipper tape which are at the bottom, middle and surface of dyeing bobbin.
