The function of this machine is to iron and setting, decrease oil and reduce the shrinkage rate of the nylon long chain zipper or metal and plastic tape before dyeing.
Machine advantages:
1. The unique ironing system can reduce the shrinkage rate 4-6% of the nylon long chain zipper or metal and plastic tape before dyeing which can completely solve the problem of zipper dyeing and shrinking, and can effectively remove excess oil on the zipper. This machine can control the flower matte and color difference caused by too high oil content of the tape and it can greatly reduce the cost and time of degreasing during dyeing.
2. When the zipper or tape is missing, knotted or stuck, it will immediately stop and make alarm.
3. The latest patented technology is used to make the temperature in each comer of the oven is uniform, and prevent the tape’s color changed and take out the oil from the tape.
4. Using a special heat exchange system to make the heat of the exhaust air can be recovered into the oven, which can save power consumption by 20-30%.
5. Each tape runs independently under no tension, which maximizes the shrinkage of the tape and can produce multiple specifications (#3-#10).
