The function of this machine is to automatically send the zippered carton to the automatic cartoning machine through the conveying and to automatically seal four sides and corners (H type) of the carton.  

Machine advantages:

1.     It can quickly seal the cartons to reduce manual sealing time.   

2.     This machine can be used with our company’s zipper auto carton opening machine and auto zipper carton packing machine.      

3.     It is easy to operate and can be used independently.  

4.     The machine is more economy than ordinary one. It can economize more than half of raw material and the injection speed is very fast since having special design of the feeding pipe. If the temperature is not enough or over the range of safety temperature which you have set, the machine will stop immediately to avoid the spiral pole be broken.

5.     Special patented structure design, this machine can produce open end zipper, close end zipper and semi auto open end and close end zipper injection function in the same machine by changing the molds and computer parameter setting.
