The function of this machine is to shape the plastic film and package the finished zipper into polybag packing.

3. The high-sensitivity photoelectric eye color tracking makes the sealing and cutting position more accurate.
4. Using independent PID temperature control system which is suitable different types plastic film. The maximum film width can reach 680mm.
5. The automatic edge tracking system can automatically detect the edge of the zipper to avoid cutting the zipper during the packaging process, and the shortest side of the packaging bag is one centimeter away from the zipper.
6. It can be used with thermal transfer or labeling machine for product labeling on bags.
