Production introduction:
The function of this machine is injection nylon, plastic or metal’s open end or close end zippers which have already been slider mounted by automatic machine.

1. Using the same machine and changing the positioner, mold and computer setting to make the different specification of metal, nylon and plastic open end or close end zippers.
2. This machine has extremely special function of injection which has already been slider mounted. Therefore, the top stop can be designed to different shape of safety top stop. Moreover, it can make the unilateral zipper not to be drawn out. Furthermore, it can work properly without slider.
3. This machine has the advantages of high productivity and low defect product. Furthermore, the transverse and vertical pulling force of the zipper can meet the U.S.A. ASTM standard.
4. The machine is more economy than ordinary one. It can economize more than half of raw material and the injection speed is very fast since having special design of the feeding pipe. If the temperature is not enough or over the range of safety temperature which you have set, the machine will stop immediately to avoid the spiral pole be broken.
5. Special patented structure design, this machine can produce open end zipper, close end zipper and semi auto open end and close end zipper injection function in the same machine by changing the molds and computer parameter setting.
