Description ：The introduction of new product:
The main function of this machine is to polish the single side of the metal chain’s teeth head of the open-end or open-end two way zipper which has been made teeth.
The advantages of this machine:
1. This machine has four polishing wheels. The first polishing wheel is responsible to polish the left side of the teeth head. The second one and the third one are responsible for the top of the teeth head while the fourth is responsible for the right side of the teeth head. These four polishing wheels ensure that all sides of the teeth head can be polished properly. Moreover, it can avoid the situation that the teeth head is crooked because of over-polishing.
2. By using speed-adjusting motor, the speed of this machine can be changed according to different requirements of different customers. Gennerally, the production capacity is around 400Y-600Y/H.
