Description ：The introduction of new product:
The main function of this machine is to press, grind and polish the metal chain of the open-end or two way zipper which has been made teeth.
The advantages of this machine are as follows:
1. This machine has eight polishing wheels. Four of them are made of steel wire. They are responsible to grind and remove the burr on the surface of the zipper. The other four wheels are nylon polishing wheels. They are responsible to polish the surface and every corner of the zipper teeth.
2.As to the polishing wheel positioning, this machine adopt special adjusting method. As a result, the operator can adjust the polishing wheel without stopping the machine and opening the security door. The operator just need to adjust them by adjusting the outer adjusting device. By using this method, the zipper teeth can be polished properly. Moreover, it can avoid any inconvenience and dangerous.
3.By using speed-adjusting motor, the speed of this machine can be changed according to polishing outcome. Generally, the production capacity is 1000Y-1500Y/H.
4.There is special dust-collecting system which use the water to collect the brass powder and dust in order to avoid the operator breathe in too much brass powder and dust.
