Product introduction：

The function of this machine is to polish the single side of the metal chain’s teeth head of the open-end or two way zipper which has been made teeth. 

Machine advantages：

1. This machine has six polishing wheels. The 1^st and 2^nd polishing wheels are responsible to polish the left side of teeth head. The 3^rd and 4^th polishing wheels are responsible for the top of the teeth head. Moreover the 5^th and 6^th wheels are responsible for the right side of the teeth head. These six polishing wheels ensure that all sides of the teeth head can be polished properly. Moreover, it can avoid the situation that the teeth head is crooked because of over-polishing. 

2. By using speed-adjusting motor, the speed of this machine can be changed according to different requirements of different customers. Generally, the production capacity is around 400Y-600Y/H.
