Product introduction：
This machine is to cut the gapped chain zipper or all kinds of close end zippers automatically.
Machine advantages：
1. Using pneumatic cutting system to cut zipper which can make yarn of cutting edge will not easy come off after pneumatic cutting and the tape color of cutting edge will not be changed after cutting.
2. This machine can adapt to different system of fancy pullers (Puller’s width is not exceed 1.5cm, the length is not exceed 3cm).
3. This machine is using step motor to control the zipper position and you can control the cutting speed and cutting edge position by HMI screen setting.
4. By adopting human-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem was, and when the problem happened.
