Product introduction:This machine is using ultrasonic and robot hand transmission system to cut the nylon, metal or plastic open end zipperl automatically (You can choose one) and inspect whether the top stop, the pin & box is missing or in the correct position,l the shape of the slider and its trademark are correct or not. If the zipper has any defects, it will separate the defect zippers from the good zippers through double conveyor belts.
Machine advantages:
1.After ultrasonic cutting, the cut surface of the zipper is not easy to come off. Using robot hand transmission system, thisl machine can adapt to different styles of special puller, and the machine speed can be changed through the HMI screenl setting.
2.By adopting HMI touch control screen, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation,l the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem was, and when the problem happened
3. This machine's counting system has continue counting and interval counting function. Using interval counting systeml can save time for repeat counting of packing.

This machine can choose the standard algorithm inspection system (IS), which has simple operation settings and canl inspect whether the top stop, the pin & box is missing or in the correct position, the shape of the slider and its trademark are correct or not. You can also choose the artificial intelligence algorithm inspect system (Al), which can improve thel versatility of zipper inspection and add additional customized inspection items.
5. This machine can be equipped with a punching sensor device as an option. The zippers that need to be inspected canl first be inspected by our company's YFM-600Al Auto artificial intelligence long zipper inspection machine. Punch holesl at the defective areas of the zipper, and then classify the defect zippers through this machine to achieve the function of full zipper inspection.
