Nowadays, by absorbing the latest technologies of zipper machinery design, a series of new zipper machinery have been successfully introduce to the market and gain their popularity in the market. The main purpose of this article is to give a brief introduction to one of the new products —YFM-168N/MCA Auto Pin & Box Setting Machine.
The function of this machine is to fix the pin & box automatically onto the open-end zipper or two-way open-end zipper which has been welded with film and punched.
This machine is applicable to different specifications of nylon/metal open-end/close-end zippers, including No.3, No.4, No.5, No.7, No.8 and No.10.
The advantages of this machine are as follows:
1. By adopting man-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. What’s more, the production capacity can be shown on the screen clearly.
2. After solving all the disadvantages of other machines produced by other factories, this machine is much more user-friendly. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the screen will show where the problem is. It is very convenient for the operator to check and repair. If the pin or the box is run out of, the operator doesn’t have to stop the machine and pull the zipper backward. The only thing needed to be done is to press the feeding bottom on the screen, then the pin or box can be fed automatically.
3. With special punching design, this machine firstly press and fix the pin & box and then punch the punching pin in order to avoid distortion of the pin & box and improve the quality. What’s more, by doing that the punching pin can be used 1,000,000 times. As a result, the production cost is reduced while the quality of the zipper is improved.
The amount can be set. When the machine has finished the amount set before, it will stop automatically. As a result, the production cost can be reduced.
4. The machine has the advantages of high productivity and good stability with the output reach 1,500PCS.
